After admission of the will of John P. Braycovich to probate, his widow filed a contest upon these grounds: (1) unsoundness of mind, (2) fraud, (3) undue influence and (4) improper execution of the will. Upon completion of contestant's case before a jury, respondents' motion for a nonsuit was granted. The appeal is from the judgment of nonsuit.
