Plaintiff seeks recovery for damages suffered as a result of a collision between a vehicle in which she was a passenger and an automobile owned by defendant West Michigan Steel Foundry Company and operated by defendant Paugh. The lower court, sitting without a jury, returned a judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
