Sunbeam has brought this complaint in equity to enjoin Hess Bros. from selling Sunbeam products at less than listed fair trade prices, namely, by accepting the trade-in of an electric shaver against the purchase price of products, for which trade-ins are not permitted under Sunbeam's published price lists.
