In March, 1953, the Karps borrowed $6,000 from defendants Harry and Ann Margolis, giving as security therefor a deed to certain real property and a bill of sale of certain dry cleaning equipment which had been installed in a building situate upon the real property. Later, the deed and bill of sale were superseded by conveyances back to the Karps who executed a deed of trust covering the real property...
