This appeal is from a final judgment entered by the lower court, after jury verdict, in favor of the Appellees for personal injuries sustained by the Appellee, a minor, while operating a motor scooter on the streets of Miami Beach, Florida. The injuries were occasioned by a collision between his motor scooter and an automobile operated by the Appellant. He was 15 years of age at the time of collision.
