This suit presents the single question, to-wit: May a Chancery Court order the sale of a house and lot for a partition upon the petition of the remaindermen when the widow is entitled to homestead and dower and does not consent thereto?

The answer to this question has apparently caused some confusion because the answer is one of those yes, but answers. The bill was filed by the children of Willie James Cripps, deceased, against his widow...
