This is an appeal from the Probate Department of the Circuit Court of Multnomah County directing the distribution of 50 shares of corporate stock and, as an incident thereto, construing the will of Almona B. Rees, deceased. The order related solely to the specific bequest to the appellant, William A. Fisher, Jr., of 25 shares of United States Steel Corporation stock and held that this gift did not include 50 additional shares...
