Appellant, Oil Base, Inc. (hereinafter called "Oil Base") has moved this court to recall the remittitur issued pursuant to the judgment of this court in the above-entitled matter, as set forth in the opinion filed herein on July 27, 1956, and which is reported in 143 Cal. App.2d at page 453 [299 P.2d 952].
