This is an appeal taken by the defendant below from judgment in favor of respondents as coexecutrices of the last will of Prosper Jacob Goumond. The judgment was for the value of decedent's interest in a partnership, terminated by his death, which owned and operated the Hitchin' Post Motel in Clark County, Nevada. Appellant is the surviving partner. Judgment below fixed the value of partnership assets upon the basis of the testimony of witnesses...
