(Dun & Bradstreet), defendant-appellee, entered by the court after trial, under Fed.Rules Civ.Proc. rule 50(b), 28 U.S.C.A., on Dun & Bradstreet's motion for directed verdict, in an action based upon an alleged libelous credit report.
