PER CURIAM.

This case is before this Court on a clerk's transcript.

By Information the defendant was charged with operating a Motor Vehicle while intoxicated and being a third offender (Section 321.281, Code 1954, I.C.A.). Upon trial to a jury there was a verdict of guilty. From the judgment entered thereon he appeals.

We have examined the record and finding no error the judgment is affirmed.
