The plaintiffs in error state in their brief that the only question for decision by this Court is, "Did the Mayor and Council have a right on February 4, 1957, to amend said zoning law of the City of Waynesboro by a simple majority vote instead of a 3/4 vote, as set out in the old ordinance?" This is the only question argued by the plaintiffs in error in their brief, and this is the only question with which we shall deal, all other questions...
