Augusta Zuber Rubin instituted this suit in chancery against the National Bank of Commerce of Norfolk, executor of the estate of William Rubin, her deceased husband, and the beneficiaries named in his will, praying that the court construe an antenuptial contract made between her and testator, certain parts of the will, and to declare: (1) whether the antenuptial contract was valid and binding on her; (2) whether the will of William Rubin cancelled...
