This is an appeal from a judgment wherein it was ordered that a conditional sales contract between the corporation plaintiff as buyer, and defendant as seller, be rescinded; that the corporate plaintiff have a money judgment against the defendant; that the plaintiff Barton take nothing by reason of his action against the defendant, and that the cross-complainant take nothing by reason of its cross-complaint.
