Doyle, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by information in the court of common pleas of Tulsa County with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried before the court, found guilty and her punishment fixed at a fine of $50, and thirty days imprisonment in the county jail.
