The question involved herein may be simply stated: Is an Ohio attorney who is an officer and statutory agent of an Ohio corporation exempt from service of summons as statutory agent of that corporation when he goes into a county other than that of his residence with another officer of the corporation who has been subpoenaed to such county for a deposition?
