UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff, v. The UNKNOWN HEIRS, immediate and remote and next of kin of any and ALL PERSONS BURIED IN the cemetery designated and known as POST OAK MISSION CEMETERY, situate in a tract of land in COMANCHE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, particularly described as Lots 1 and 2 in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, Section 7 in Township 2 North Range 14 W.I.M., and all persons claiming right of sepulture in said cemetery for themselves or others, Defendants.
