This appeal presents the question whether there is any rule of law, statutory or otherwise, in this jurisdiction which prohibits the granting of a divorce on the uncorroborated testimony of the complainant in an uncontested action. The question has never been squarely decided, although there are a number of cases which imply that such a rule exists.
