The single issue in this case is whether plaintiff was entitled to deduct for income and excess profits tax purposes losses1 which it alleges were the direct result of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Associated Press v. United States, 1945, 326 U.S. 1, 65 S.Ct. 1416, 89 L.Ed. 2013.
