St. Charles Dairy, Inc., is the holder of a promissory note executed by Jerome A. Hayes, Jr., dated February 28, 1955, in the principal sum of $2,910 with 6 per cent per annum interest from date until paid. The note was made payable at 2735 Tulane Avenue in New Orleans and was to be paid in installments.
