This is a motion by a defendant in two criminal cases for a return by the Government of copies of certain documents.

In these two cases the grand jury had returned indictments charging the defendant with violations of the antitrust laws and the Robinson-Patman Price Discrimination Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 13, 13a, 13b, 21.
