This case involves an automobile accident which happened on the morning of October 29, 1955, at Foy Street and Norman Meyer Boulevard in New Orleans. Plaintiff's car, driven by her sister, was proceeding in a northerly direction on Norman Meyer Boulevard and collided with a truck of the defendant corporation which was in charge of the other defendant, its employee. Plaintiff sues the two defendants, in solido, for $207.08, the amount of property damage...
