Presented is the consideration of whether the trial court erred in concluding upon the basis of evidence most favorable to plaintiffs, that as a matter of law the plaintiffs were guests without payment for their transportation while riding in the Chars automobile when they were injured. The question as to whether they were guests without payment is controlled by art. 6701b of the Texas statutes and the interpretation thereof by the courts of last resort...
