Plaintiffs sued defendant in the Wayne circuit for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision of defendant's streetcar with plaintiff Dunn's automobile. The case came to trial before court and jury, the Honorable Lucien F. Sweet, circuit judge presiding, and resulted in a verdict for plaintiffs in the total sum of $35,000.
