The plaintiff, Dale Campbell, was awarded a divorce from the defendant, Imogene S. Campbell. Incident to this action the lower court made a determination of the character of ownership of property in the possession and control of the plaintiff, finding that certain of it was the community property of the parties and that the remainder was the separate property of the plaintiff.
