A 14-year-old boy by his mother as next friend brought this equity suit for specific performance of an alleged oral contract to convey a 200-acre farm to someone designated by plaintiff or in lieu thereof for money damages. Following trial plaintiff was denied relief and title to the farm was quieted in defendant Mason City Production Credit Association.
