The offense is negligent homicide in the second degree; the punishment, three years in jail.

The appellant was the driver of a school bus. The bus he was driving was involved in a collision with a truck at a road intersection, and one of the pupils was killed. It was the testimony of the State's witnesses that the appellant did not bring the bus to a halt at a stop sign before entering...
