Appellant claims that he lost thirteen acres of tobacco when two housing barns were destroyed by fire. He was insured against such loss by the appellee and he filed this action to recover under the terms of the contract. It was admitted that the two barns were destroyed by fire and that the insurance contract was in full force and effect at the time.
