This is an appeal from a judgment of the court below cancelling the license of appellant, Dr. Rudolph E. Jacobi, to practice medicine in the State of Texas. The proceeding grew out of the professional relationship of appellant to eight of his women patients, hereafter referred to as the complaining witnesses.
