This is an election contest to determine the validity of a bond election held by the school district of the City of York, Nebraska. The trial court found that there were 14 illegal ballots cast, that one mail ballot cast was not in accordance with law, and that the remaining 38 absentee and disabled voters' ballots were invalid and should be rejected because of irregularities in the conduct of the election.
