The appeal is from the judgment of conviction rendered against the defendant on September 15, 1955 in the County Court of Monroe County, and from certain intermediate orders. The indictment upon which the defendant went to trial contained 9 counts. The first 3 counts related to a fire insurance loss near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on August 24, 1954.
