Appellant Roy Miramontes was found guilty by a jury of the crime of possession of a narcotic in violation of section 11500 of the Health and Safety Code. He admitted two prior convictions of burglary charged in the information. Probation was denied and he was sentenced to state prison for the term prescribed by law and appeals from the judgment of conviction.
