At about 10:30 P.M. on November 25, 1955, John A. James, a citizen of this District, crashed the front of his automobile into the right-hand side of an Army truck-trailer. He suffered rather severe injuries and money damages, for which he here sues the Government under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S. C.A. § 2671 et seq. Jurisdiction is vested in this Court by 28 U.S.C.A...
