On November 22, 1955 at 9:45 A.M., the Crew Boat Dos Nietas, owned by W. A. Richmond, was in collision with the Continental Drilling Barge No. 6. The barge was aground at the time and the Tugs LaCache and Connie C. Cenac, both operated by the respondent, Cenac Towing Company, Inc., were attempting to free it from the strand.
