This is an appeal by the Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, without capital stock, whose principal place of business is in Harrisburg, Dauphin County. It appeals from the settlement of tax made against it for the year ended December 31, 1954, in the amount of $949.56 on gross premiums paid by it on reinsurance contracts to foreign insurance companies unauthorized to do business in Pennsylvania.
