This action arises out of the collision of the defendant's tractor with the rear of the automobile of plaintiff Arnold, hereinafter called plaintiff, which was parked on the right side of a public road. It appears that the plaintiff had transferred a part of her claim for the damage resulting to her automobile from the collision to her insurer, Farm Bureau Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and, after the action was instituted, the insurer was made...
