This is a disbarment proceeding filed against appellant, an attorney at law.

A jury trial was had and sixteen special issues were submitted each of which inquired as to a separate act of misconduct alleged to have been committed by appellant. Each issue was answered that appellant committed the act inquired about. On these findings the trial court rendered judgment
