Plaintiff sued defendant on a "Boiler and Machinery Insurance" policy to recover damages plaintiff sustained as a result of an accident, as defined in the policy, to a hot water storage tank, which flooded the basement of plaintiff's plant. Defendant contended the policy did not cover the loss in question. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $3,803.95....
