The question on this appeal is whether a school district, which elects to take the benefits of the Workmen's Compensation Law as an employer engaged in a nonhazardous occupation and expressly limits the desired coverage to the school janitor, nevertheless becomes thereby subject to the provisions of the Act as to all its employees including its teachers.
