Defendant was convicted by a jury on an indictment charging the unlawful possession and sale of heroin, a derivative of opium, in violation of the Act of July 11, 1917, P.L. 758, 35 PS § 851 et seq. In this appeal from the judgment of sentence it is contended that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the conviction.
