Defendant is the owner and operator of a garage, gasoline station, and wrecker service in the city of Green Bay. The amended complaint alleges, among other things that on July 26, 1953, William Kluth, fifteen years of age, was a frequenter and guest in defendant's place of business which is a place of employment; that he was severely burned in an explosion and fire which resulted from defendant's violation of certain orders of the industrial commission...
