The first opinion of this court was handed down on March 13, 1957, 209 Or. 683, 308 P.2d 613. That opinion held that the plaintiff, George Fredericks, was prematurely released from the penitentiary by reason of an incorrect computation of the amount of "Good Time" to which he was entitled.
