This is an appeal from the circuit court of Peoria County, which dismissed the plaintiffs' suit for specific performance.

The plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. John E. Manias, and the defendants, Mr. and Mrs. John F. Yeck, own adjoining property in Peoria. The plaintiffs contend that in June of 1950 they contracted orally with the defendants...
