Sylvio Ferno sued Kenneth Brown before a justice of the peace to recover damages resulting from a collision of their automobiles. The justice found for plaintiff Ferno and entered judgment against defendant Brown in the amount of $186.06 and costs. Defendant appealed to the County Court of Winnebago county.
