Appellee brought this action against appellant for accrued renewal commissions due him as an agent of appellant and for accrued overwriting renewal commissions due him for his services as a branch manager of the company. A declaratory judgment was also sought for both renewal commissions and renewal overwriting commissions to accrue in the future.
