On December 18, 1956, the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, entered a personal judgment for the sum of $3,000 against W.R. Cannady and Mrs. Mary Bovard. The judgment was based upon the obligations of a forthcoming or a replevin bond.
