Appellant William H. Green sued appellee Hudson Engineering Corporation for damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of an explosion in the plant of his employer, Murmanill Corporation. Appellants Ruth Taylor and James S. Taylor sued appellee for damages for the death of James S. Taylor, Sr., a co-employee of Green, who died from injuries sustained in the same accident.
