This appeal was taken by petitioners from an order of the District Judge, allowing them only $1,250 for services in filing a petition in bankruptcy against the Debtor under Chapter 10, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. They filed petitions for an allowance of $15,000, and the Referee recommended an allowance of $6,000. Judge Timmerman's order concludes: "The recommended fee is excessive. However, claimants are entitled to something from the estate...
