This is an action brought by Oklahoma Retail Grocers Association, Inc., a corporation, against Safeway Stores, Incorporation, a foreign corporation, to enjoin it from selling groceries below cost in violation of the Oklahoma Unfair Sales Act, 15 O.S. 1951 §§ 598.1-598.11.
