May J. Frost, domiciled in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, died testate on December 16, 1939. On November 19, 1934, she executed her will, naming therein The Cleveland Trust Company, a qualified fiduciary, as executor and as trustee of her interest in real property located at 410 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
